Attached you will find multiple documents. First direct your attention to the 2025 camp letter from Coach Ward, there you will also find the suggested packing list.

There are FOUR required forms that need to be printed, filled out, and brought with your athlete on the morning that the buses depart. We will be collecting all forms like a boarding pass, they will be checked and required in order to board the bus. If forms are missing, we will have a few extra copies for completion BUT an authorized parent/guardian MUST be present to complete the forms prior to bus departure.

The buses DEPART at 6:50AM, you will need to arrive at the main doors of the high school, complete the check-in process, and be prepared to depart in a timely manner. We will begin check in at 6:10am. Athletes will be checking in with their coordinating grade year.

The camp fee should be paid through the Team App store. Camp is $150 and should be paid no later than Sunday evening, July 20, 2025.
